RESERVATION / REGISTRATION
You can book by telephone, email or via our website. Your booking is only valid once you have received a binding booking confirmation. This registration constitutes a travel contract between you and monYOGA. If you make a reservation for other people, this travel contract also applies to them.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
25% of the price is due upon enrolment. The remaining 75% must be paid no later than one week before the start of the yoga holiday. Payment is due 14 days after conclusion of the contract.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before the start of the yoga holiday with deduction of the deposit. Up to 2 weeks before the start 50% of the price, up to 1 week 65%, in case of no-show 75% of the price. In this case you are free to send a replacement person. monYOGA reserves the right to change the programme. If not enough people register for the course (less than 4 participants), the yoga holiday will not take place. In this case the deposit will be refunded. If the course is cancelled by monYOGA, we will refund the fees already paid, there is no further claim for reimbursement. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is possible from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please inform us in good time if your arrival time is after 10.00 pm.
FACILITIES
The seven double rooms for single use are divided into two flats (three and four rooms), each with two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room and a terrace. The pool can be used at any time and a temporary cover means you can go swimming whatever the weather. There are several bicycles available and a table tennis table. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Important for allergy sufferers: there is a cat in our household.
HEALTH IMPAIRMENTS
Participants are obliged to disclose any health impairments and/or pregnancies prior to arrival. The yoga classes will be modified for the person concerned and these instructions must be followed. In case of doubt, a doctor must be consulted beforehand who can authorise participation.
