Immerse yourself in the world of Viniyoga, a gentle and flexible form of yoga that helps you find inner balance through breath and movement. Surrounded by the beauty of the South West of France, this course offers the ideal setting to bring body and mind into harmony.

Together with Christophe from the restaurant La Belle Montoise, you will discover the secrets of regional cuisine. Focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients and simple preparation, you will learn how to make cooking a mindful and enjoyable experience.

This experience combines movement, breathing and taste in a unique way. It invites you to feel the lightness of life, recharge your batteries and rediscover your balance in an inspiring atmosphere.
